Donut Disaster
Two tiny aliens, who are obsessed with donuts, come to Earth one night to fulfill their cravings. But their ship gets taken along the way and they must work together to find a way back home.

Donut Disaster was Rachel's final capstone project for her Interdisciplinary Film and Digital Media (IFDM) degree. Over 40 artists from the University of New Mexico, Animation Mentor, and other artists around the world, joined together to create this film. It was debuted in the Kimo Theatre Capstone Premiere and has won the Best Animated Short Film award from the NM Film Foundation.
Rachel's contributions included directing/producing and story development, although she also helped with the modeling and texturing, animation, temp lighting, and compositing.
